About Jenny:
Jenny is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher and has been in the fitness industry since 2001 as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutrition Coach. Jenny tried her first yoga class while at college in Hawaii. She loved not only the athletic practice, but the calm, clear mind and balanced spirit she experienced after every class. Jenny has been teaching yoga for over 12 years, and is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor. She teaches multiple formats including Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Yoga Sculpt, and Barre. After almost a decade of teaching classes full-time at Equinox in the LA area, Jenny followed her heart and moved to Rome! Jenny believes in the transformative effect yoga has on body, mind and soul. She loves to physically challenge her students to go beyond what they think they are capable of and guiding them to discover a deeper, more meaningful connection within.
