Megan Brittany
RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher
Born and raised in New York, Megan moved to Italy after University to come back to her Italian roots. As a former gymnast, she first stepped on the mat to satisfy the urge to get upside down and find a sense of community in a new city. Yoga quickly kick-started her path of self-awareness and well-being and continues to help her find balance and calmness within. The practice encourages her to be kind to her mind & body and presents endless opportunities to learn and share. She completed her 200hr yoga certification with The Yoga People in the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket yoga disciplines in London UK. She has then gone on to complete additional trainings in Rocket: Progressive Vinyasa (David Kyle); Yin Yoga: Variable Anatomy, Advanced Yin and Taoist Philosophy (Dhugal Meachem); Yin Yoga: Meridian Theory & Chinese Medicine and Meditation & Philosophy (Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier); and Yin Yoga & Ayurveda Principles (The Yoga People). Megan offers classes that integrate movement (yang), stillness (yin) and breath (pranayama). Megan Wummer
Studio Manager & RYT 200 Certified Vinyasa Teacher
Megan’s yoga journey began in 2006 in her home state of Pennyslvania. She gravated towards the asana (physical) practice of yoga at a time of transition in her life, having recently overcome disordered eating. She immediately felt the connection of mind, body, breath and spirit on the mat, and saw how impactful the benefits of the practice could be off the mat as well. In 2016 she went on to do her first YTT in southern Spain. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and has since completed YTTs on inclusivity and trauma-informed yoga. Inspired by Ashtanga, Katonah and Hatha Raja Yoga, Megan’s teaching style focuses on creative vinyasa flows sprinkled with mobility and flexibility work, flowing between strength and softness. Megan strives to create a playful space where students can trust their bodies, tap into strength and grace and, through the practice of paying attention, discover a more subtle energetic body.

Rachel Zitin
RYT 200 Certified Vinyasa Teacher
Rachel began her yoga practice in 2011 to recover from an injury. Her deep journey into yoga began right away, as she realized the benefits that the practice has both on and off the mat. Her interest in the mind-body connection continued as she became a dedicated yoga student, following and learning from different physical yoga styles (Bikram, Hatha and Vinyasa). She decided to deepen her personal practice in January 2018 and completed a 200-hour teacher training with Zuna Yoga. Through her training she was able to deepen her meditation practice and connect to the more subtle aspects of yoga. She was also able to connect to joy and exuberance inside which inspired her to teach others. Her background as a tour guide ties in perfectly with her teaching style. She wants students to feel comfortable yet challenged, nourished yet inspired to go deeper. Her focus is on gently aligning breath with movement and helping students find the space where they can flow, trust themselves and follow their own inner guidance.

Titti Torchia
RYT 200 Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Titti started practicing yoga when she was seventeen, as therapy for her dance injuries. She was in New York, having an early career as a professional dancer (Martha Graham Dance Company, Elisa Monte) when she understood that yoga was a must, to feel better in her body. Her journey with the yoga practice started then, as she eagerly started to explore all different styles of yoga in NYC: Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Hatha, Hot and Bikram. Since then she has never stopped practicing, because she realized the power of yoga.
When she came back to Italy, still as a professional dancer, she decided to take the Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in the Ashram of Reith in Tyrol, because she wanted to live, practice, and meditate as a real yogi, and as a teacher she wanted to go back to the roots of yoga.
Today Titti really enjoys being a yoga teacher in Italy and internationally (Norway, Finland). She brings her entire experience both as a dancer and as a yoga student to her classes. She is also the creator of “Yoga for Fighters,” a style of yoga that combines all her knowledge as a yoga teacher and athlete at the Montesacro Boxe Academy in Rome. She directly teaches internationally known kick boxing world champions (Davide Armanini, Alessandro Campagna). She teaches vinyasa and yin, and she is honored to be a Forrest Yoga international ambassador. She also teaches weekly classes online for the firm Joyfuel. Titti honors her love for dance by teaching yoga for the internationally renowned dance company NoGravity. Meditator since the age of twelve, she teaches meditation for the addiction recovery center Agorà in the south of Italy.
Her classes are full of movement, deep breathing and smiles, and her mission is to try to make her students expand to their highest potential, teaching them how to listen to their body and to their own truth.
